Training Notice

The Lumberton Township Police Department is hosting a seminar by nationally acclaimed Psychologist Dr. Michael Fowlin.  Dr Fowlin is an expert in the field of diversity and sensitivity.  Dr. Fowlin will perform his 90-minute presentation “You Don’t Know Me Until You Know Me” at the Lumberton Middle School Auditorium on Thursday December 19, 2007, at 0900 hours. The cost of the seminar is $40.00 per officer or $35.00 if registration is received prior to December 5, 2007.  Seating is limited so reserve your seats early. Departments who wish to send officers/employees should contact Lt. James S. Myers at 609-267-1111.  Checks or Purchase Orders should be made payable to Lumberton Township, PO Box 68, Lumberton New Jersey, Attn: Lt. James S. Myers.  The deadline for registration is Wednesday December 12, 2007.  Departments who are seeking accreditation should consider this training as it assists in fulfilling certain training requirements regarding discrimination and bias.
